Who is responsible

HullCheck is run by an independent developer based in Hungary (EU). Contact: hello@hullcheck.dev.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join early access.
• Optional answers: which tool you build with, and whether you asked us to reserve a deep check.
• The country your sign-up came from, as reported by our hosting provider. We don't store your IP address.
• The campaign tag in the link you arrived from (for example ?utm_source=…), if any.
• Anonymous page counters: daily totals of page views and button clicks, not linked to you. No cookies, no fingerprinting, no third-party trackers or ads.

Why, and on what basis

We use your email to tell you when HullCheck launches and to offer you early-access pricing. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. We use the optional answers and counters to decide what to build first.

Where it's stored, and for how long

Data is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which acts as our processor. We keep sign-ups until twelve months after launch, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. We never sell or rent your data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent by emailing hello@hullcheck.dev. We'll act within 30 days. You can also complain to a data-protection authority; in Hungary that is the NAIH (naih.hu).
